Leadership is something we tend to recognise when we see it, yet is wrongly portrayed as the domain of the few gifted individuals who possess the charisma, dynamism, and drive to rally people to their cause.
This implies that leadership is somehow mystical and exclusive, something an individual is “born with” and that it cannot be taught, developed, or learned.
